Bwyd Gourmet, established in 1995 by Stephen Caton, is a premium delivery service direct to your home. We offer a variety of blast-frozen prepared fish and seafood as well as some of the finest meat in the country, with many of our products having a distinct gourmet style.
The company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance; our team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
We have a varied customer base which covers all of North and mid Wales, as well as Shropshire and Cheshire.
At Bwyd Gourmet we're passionate about fish, local service, and sustainability.
The Food Standards Agency recommends we eat a minimum of two portions of seafood a week: fish and seafood consumption in the UK is growing.
Our commitment is to responsible sourcing and sustainability, ensuring we meet today’s needs while protecting tomorrow’s. In partnership with our suppliers we do this by only dealing with the best of the world’s catch from well-managed and sustainable fishing.
Most of our products are sourced from seas surrounding the UK coast and within International regulatory guidelines.
We offer free delivery to North, Mid Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire.
